1. 0reocheesecake reserve our rights to amend T&C.
2. MEETUPS at Woodlands or Ang Mo Kio. -Additional charge for any other places.
3. PAYMENT: -To be transferred to 0reocheesecake after confirmation of orders. (i-banking is highly recommended.) -You can also give me cash if we are doing meeting up with you, BUT no backing out after we decided to have meetups.
4. POSTAGE: -Registered post is encouraged for all buyers. -Registered post will have an additional charge of $2.50. -We are NOT liable for any lost or damaged item. -No refunds once item is sold. -Price stated is not included in postage, unless stated otherwise.
5. SWAPS are acceptable, unless stated otherwise. If you initiate the swap, it will have an additional charge of $3 on top of the stated price for the particular item.
6. PHOTOS are taken by 0reocheesecake, or from spree website. If you want photos from me, I'll gladly give you. Just send me a request via email and credit my blogshop. Thank you.

1. Caroline Tan Blogshop: http://www.xanga.com/thestubborngirls She requested for a swap for my 'Polka Polly Pocket' on the 8th July 08. She stood me up on 26th July 08. I waited for almost an hr. I sms-ed her abt the swap. -no reply. I emailed her abt the swap on 3rd Aug 08 and she only replied on the 26th Aug 08. Ok, she said her lappy was down and she apologised. Then she wants to change another item for swap, which is against the T&C already. But still I suggest her to swap both items from me and give some additional topups. She said she is no longer interested in the Polka Polly Pocket already cos' she has already one dress similar to that. OH, she is the one who initiated THIS swap.
